Ramos Real Estate Nigeria is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our construction and development projects in Nigeria.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily site activities, subcontractors and artisans

• Keep projects on schedule, on budget and to specification

• Enforce health, safety and quality standards on site

• Monitor materials, equipment and labour use

• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

• Send daily and weekly progress reports to the project manager

• Work with engineers, architects and clients to fix issues on site

What we're looking for

• HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management or a related field

• At least 3 years' experience supervising residential or commercial building sites

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and Nigerian building regulations

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• HSE certification is an advantage

• Must be willing to work on-site and travel to project locations

Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lekki, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. This position oversees day-to-day activities at residential project sites, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to Ramos Realty’s quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring construction progress, conducting site inspections, and reporting issues or risks to management. The Site Supervisor will also ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain accurate site documentation, and support client walkthroughs and handovers as needed. Collaboration with internal teams such as sales, property management, and finance is required to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including scheduling, task prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, such as effective communication with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in quality control and safety compliance, including conducting inspections, enforcing standards, and maintaining safe work environments.
• Candidates should possess basic reporting and documentation skills, including record-keeping, incident reporting, and use of productivity or project management tools.
• Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or property development supervision is highly beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, estate management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Lekki and adapt to a hybrid work arrangement, with strong time management and reliability.
