Strategic Planning Associate

Role Description The Strategic Planning Associate is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The associate will support the development and refinement of growth strategies for Amazon Sellers, including preparing business plans, market analyses, and performance reports. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing sales, advertising, and financial data, identifying trends and opportunities, and assisting in the creation of actionable recommendations for SEO and PPC initiatives. The role will collaborate with internal team members to align plans with client objectives, document processes, and contribute to presentations and strategy reviews. The associate will also help maintain standardized planning tools and ensure accurate, timely communication of insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Planning and Planning skills to support structured growth initiatives and operational strategy.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret data, evaluate profitability, and inform decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to convey insights clearly, prepare reports, and collaborate with team members and clients.
• Experience with e-commerce or Amazon marketplace environments is beneficial.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, data visualization platforms) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
