We're changing how people experience Africa and the UK, with authentic, safe and unforgettable tours.

The Role

We're looking for a creative UGC and video ad creator to produce scroll-stopping content that turns viewers into bookings. You'll create authentic, high-converting videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Create UGC-style videos (testimonials, "day in the life", tour highlights, unboxing and travel stories)

• Produce short-form video ads (15-60 seconds) with strong hooks, clear storytelling and CTAs

• Write scripts and hooks tailored to travel audiences and the African diaspora

• Edit videos with captions, music, transitions and branded elements

• Produce multiple ad variations for A/B testing

• Analyse performance (CTR, watch time, conversion) and iterate on what works

• Work with our team to align content with campaigns, tour launches and promotions

• Deliver files in the correct formats for each platform

Requirements

• Proven portfolio of UGC videos or paid social ads, ideally in travel, tourism, lifestyle or e-commerce

• Strong video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar)

• Good understanding of direct-response ad principles (hook, problem, solution, CTA)

• Experience creating content for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads

• Excellent storytelling and on-camera presence, or access to creators who have it

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

• Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with African travel, culture or diaspora audiences

• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager

• Access to creators or talent for UGC content

• Motion graphics or voiceover skills
