About the Role
Join a team building software infrastructure that helps organizations improve the reliability of AI agents in production. This backend-leaning, full-stack role combines hands-on product engineering with customer insight to shape agent investigation, evaluation, and debugging workflows.
What You'll Do
Build product experiences for agent investigation, evaluation workflows, trajectory debugging, verification, and replay.
Work with customers to understand agent failures, define product solutions, and iterate on shipped features.
Develop APIs, data models, internal systems, and user-facing product surfaces across the stack.
Build systems that run large-scale investigations across production traces.
Design platform capabilities such as workspaces, permissions, billing, usage, SDKs, and terminal-first developer tools.
Collaborate with AI teams building production agents and turn their feedback into product decisions.
What We're Looking For
2 to 5 years of full-stack product engineering experience, with a backend emphasis.
Experience shipping user-facing products end-to-end, including frontend work with React or Next.js and backend development.
Strong skills in TypeScript and React, plus Python or Node.js; familiarity with PostgreSQL is relevant.
Ability to build polished interfaces, design clean APIs, model data, and debug production issues across the stack.
Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM-powered products, or agentic systems, and interest in evaluation, debugging, or developer tools.
A formal computer science degree or equivalent academic background, with strong software engineering fundamentals.
Experience working directly with customers and influencing product decisions through engineering work.
