Service Delivery Governance Manager

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteer is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for coordinating volunteer activities, including scheduling, onboarding, and supporting volunteers across various programs. The Coordinator will organize and deliver volunteer training sessions, ensure volunteers understand policies and expectations, and maintain accurate records of participation and performance. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with volunteers and internal stakeholders, managing volunteer inquiries, facilitating community outreach initiatives, and supporting the continuous improvement of volunteer processes. The role also involves preparing basic reports on volunteer engagement and contributing ideas to enhance the volunteer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills, including experience coordinating and supporting volunteer programs.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with volunteers, community partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess experience in Community Outreach, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with local organizations and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in basic office software tools.
• Relevant experience in a coordination, community engagement, or nonprofit role is beneficial; a diploma or degree in social sciences, human resources, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and a commitment to inclusive and ethical volunteer practices.
